Our editorial standards

Useful starts
with honest.

A clear resource tells you what it does, what has been checked, and what you still need to test in your business.

Understand our evidence labels

Start with a real business moment.

An inquiry arrives. An estimate goes quiet. Someone needs an easier way to book. Our templates focus on these ordinary moments, with wording and designs you can adapt to the way your business works.

A template is a starting point. It should not invent a service promise, qualification, price, review, or result on your behalf.

Different checks mean different things.

Browser checked

The resource works on this site.

We check the website’s layout and local interactions, including previews, copying, and downloads. This does not establish how a separate platform or inbox will render the file.

Documentation checked

The delivery method has a source.

Setup guidance links to official HighLevel documentation. Product interfaces can change, so the source is there for you to review.

Account tested

A separate test, with evidence.

This label is reserved for a recorded test in a live HighLevel account. The current library does not claim that status. You should preview and test each customized resource before sending or publishing.

AI assists the work.

AI helps create and maintain Fuller Funnel’s writing, designs, and tools. It does not replace evidence. We do not present generated people as customers, invent testimonials, or claim that an automation was tested when it was not.

Original illustrations explain a process. They are not screenshots of a customer’s account or proof of a financial outcome.

Choose tools for the fit.

Fuller Funnel is independent of HighLevel. A broader paid library and affiliate-supported access are planned, while the starter library is free. No active commission-bearing links are included in this version.

If a recommendation includes an affiliate link in the future, we will disclose that relationship near the link. Paying for a library will not imply that a HighLevel subscription is included.

Make the basis easy to find.

Official product documentation supports the import instructions. We distinguish that documentation from our own browser checks and from testing still to be done in a destination account.

Delivery documentation reviewed October 31, 2026. When a source or resource changes, the related instructions should be reviewed together.

One good next step.

You don’t need to fix everything at once. Let’s find a useful place to start.
