The payment plan should be as easy to understand as the website is to use.
What will I pay for the website itself?
The total build value is $1,200: $300 at kickoff and nine monthly payments of $100. Each of those nine payments also includes the management service at no additional charge. Optional add-ons and your separately billed domain are outside the $1,200 build total.
What changes after the ninth payment?
Your build balance reaches $0. You can keep hosting, maintenance, premium tools and support at $100/month on a month-to-month basis, or cancel the management plan. There is no new build payment.
What if I want to leave earlier?
Pay the remaining build balance and you can exit the management plan with no added early-exit penalty. For example, after three monthly payments, $600 remains. Your website is yours outright once the build has been paid.
Who owns the domain and website?
Keep your domain registered in your name and pay its registration and renewal directly. Your website is owned outright once its build balance is paid. Hosting and agency-licensed tools are provided while the management plan is active; handover and any replacement services are discussed before you move.
Which updates and support are included?
The plan includes troubleshooting, text tweaks, image swaps and publishing content you supply, including client-written blog posts. We agree the core pages, support arrangements and backup schedule in your project proposal. New features or a larger redesign can be scoped separately.
When does work and monthly billing begin?
The $300 kickoff payment initiates design and development. We agree the project scope, launch schedule and first monthly billing date in your proposal before work begins. This page does not take payment or start a subscription.
Does the SEO add-on include a ranking guarantee?
No. The $100/month add-on includes four researched articles per month, with commercial-intent topics, useful content and internal links to relevant service pages. The aim is to strengthen your search presence over time; rankings and enquiry volume are not guaranteed.
Are AI voice agents or chatbots included?
The website package and AI-agent service are separate offers. The current AI-agent plan is $300/month with 120 voice conversations and 100 website chats. We can discuss them together, but no agent or bundle discount is included automatically.
