Template library / Getting started

From useful idea
to ready to use.

Choose a template for your business, make it your own, and move it into the right place. Here’s what each format does.

The right format.
A clearer next step.

The label on each resource tells you what you can copy or download. A file and a native HighLevel import are different things.

Email copy

Personalize the wording, copy the text, and paste it into your message or plain-text email editor. Add the subject separately.

Best for: a direct reply or a considerate follow-up.

Email sequences

Personalize a connected set of emails. Copy each subject and message separately, or download the complete plan with suggested timing and stopping rules.

Copy-ready content. Workflow setup and account testing are separate.

HTML email designs

Copy the complete HTML into HighLevel’s email Code Editor. Save the template, check the preview, and send yourself a test.

Best for: a branded email layout you can reuse.

HTML page designs

Download the page or copy its scoped HTML and CSS into a Custom Code element. Add your real booking destination and check the page on mobile.

Custom code, not a native drag-and-drop funnel import.

Use an HTML email in HighLevel.

  1. Personalize the template.

Add your business details and destination link. Read the message all the way through.

  2. Open the HTML email editor.

In your sub-account, go to Marketing → Emails → Templates, create a new template, and choose the HTML-editing option. The interface may call it Code Editor or Edit with Vibe Editor.

  3. Paste and save.

Paste the complete HTML, review the preview, and save the template. Set the sender and subject in HighLevel.

  4. Send a test first.

Check the delivered email on desktop and mobile, follow every link, and confirm that personalization fields resolve correctly.

Use an HTML page design.

The page download is editable HTML. It can be used as a standalone page; the scoped code can be placed inside a HighLevel Custom Code element. It will not become a set of native drag-and-drop elements.

  • Start with a blank page and add a Custom Code element.
  • Paste the template’s page code and connect your real booking or inquiry link.
  • Review spacing, buttons, and mobile behavior in the published-page preview.
  • Add a real HighLevel form or calendar separately if you need embedded lead capture.

HighLevel documents Custom Code in its funnel builder. These page files have not yet been tested in a live HighLevel account.

Looking for a snapshot? Native snapshots must be created from an actual HighLevel sub-account. The current library provides copy and HTML files; it does not include snapshot import links.

A little checking goes a long way.

Replace example details. Confirm links and sender settings. Use the message in the right customer context. Then test it before turning on an automation.
